Here is a brief summary of changes made to these fasta files.

12-08-2006 - Initial release as part of FB2006_01.

03-06-2007 - Corrected location information in FASTA headers.  No sequence information
             was changed.

             1. Translation files were using exon coordinates and now they report CDS coordinates.

             2. Transcript files (mRNA, tRNA, pseudogene, ncRNA, miscRNA, and miRNA) were only
                reporting the Chado featureloc for these features.  They have been changed to use
                exon coordinates now.

05-03-2007 - Corrected a problem where two protein names were being printed in CDS headers.

05-29-2007 - Corrected printing of 5' and 3' UTRs.  In cases where a single UTR is shared among
             multiple transcripts we were only printing the UTR once and indicating one parent
             transcript instead of all.  We now repeat each UTR, even if they are identical,
             and vary the parent tags accordingly.
