These include a deficiency kit list and other lists of deficiency and duplication stocks sorted by breakpoint, P insertions browsing files, GAL4 lines, mapping stocks, and an assortment of other predefined lists.

The stock list can be searched on line or copied to your local computer. Read the Search Help document in Stocks for help with searching the list successfully.
bloomington.csv contains a list of all stocks in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center (it is updated whenever new stocks are added to the collection). This file is a comma-separated-values text file derived from a Paradox table; it is intended to be machine read. Each line contains a single record and data within alphanumeric fields are enclosed in quotation marks. The fields are:
Stock Number, Genotype, Chromosome(s) Affected, Breakpoints/Insertion site, Also Known As, Date Added, Donor, Donor's Source, Comments
bloomington.rpt is a formatted report file used by the text-based search tools. If you use VAX SEARCH or a word processor to search the Bloomington data files locally you may find this version preferable to the .csv file, which is designed for import into a database management or spreadsheet program.
If you search the list on FlyBase the option to order a stock is available from the stock report. If you use the list locally you can use the Order Form to place your request.
